| Q. Why do I need to register my information with Arizona
Parking Solutions? |
| |
A. APS has been contracted by the property to regulate and
control the parking environment. Registration
allows APS to identify your vehicle as a resident vehicle and provides contact
information to the property manager and APS.
Registering your information also allows you to call and report parking
problems to APS so we can respond on your behalf.

| |
| Q. Why do you boot vehicles when other properties
tow? |
| |
A. Our ultimate goal is to shape the
parking behavior of residents and guest.
We are not in the punishment business.
Immobilization is typically a less costly and less intrusive way of
enforcing the parking rules. We do have
the ability to impound vehicles and will do so as a last resort. Immobilization also serves as a great
deterrent to other drivers that the property is serious about the safety of
their parking environment.
|
| |
| |
| Q. What happens if I remove the boot myself? |
| |
A. Any attempt to remove our immobilization
boots may result in criminal prosecution as well as civil litigation. Also, any person that attempts to remove an
immobilization boot will lose their parking privileges and their vehicle(s) may
be impounded at any time while on the property. |
| |
| |
| Q. Who determines the enforcement for my property? |
| |
A. Arizona Parking Solutions simply executes
the enforcement guidelines for the property that are established by the
management team or the homeowners association.
We do not create the rules or the enforcement guidelines, we simply
follow the instructions that we are given.
